Shipping Policy

We currently ship only within the United States. All shipments are discreet and being delivered in a plain bubble mailer or cardboard box. Delivery time is 4 to 5 business days. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Loren is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or unforeseen circumstances.


Ordering & Returns

We want you to have the best experience with Loren, so our policies are designed to balance customer satisfaction with hygiene standards. Here’s what you need to know:

Order Cancellation

  • Before Shipment – If you need to cancel your order before it ships, reach out to us ASAP. The sooner you contact us, the better!

  • After Shipment – Once your order has been sent out, we can’t cancel it. But if there’s an issue, check out our return policy below.

Returns & Replacements

  • Not Happy with Your Product? – We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of purchase for store credit. If you’re not satisfied with your product, you can return it for a Loren store credit, valid for one year.

  • Unopened Products – If your product is unopened and unused, you can return it within 14 days of receiving it. The packaging must be intact. 

  • Defective Products – If your product isn’t working as it should, we’ve got you! We’ll replace defective products covered under our warranty. Just reach out, and we’ll guide you through the process. (Note: Our warranty covers functional issues, not regular wear and tear or accidental damage.)

Other Things to Keep in Mind

  • Shipping Costs – Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you’re returning something, you’ll usually need to cover the shipping unless the return is due to a defect.

  • Bought Loren Elsewhere? – If you purchased your Loren product from a third-party retailer, their return policy applies. Contact them directly for assistance.

Warranty

We’ve Got You Covered 

At Loren, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you have a problem with your product, we are here to help.

Please do not dispose of your product as we will guide you through the warranty process.

  1. Loren warranties all products for one year from the original purchase date, covering defects in materials or workmanship that affect functionality. It does not cover cosmetic wear and tear or damage caused by accidents, misuse, or neglect. Disassembling the product or its accessories will void the warranty.

  2. If your product is defective within the warranty period, we will replace it free of charge. Under certain circumstances, we may request the faulty product be sent back to us with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before issuing a replacement. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

  3. If your product is replaced under warranty, the replacement’s warranty is still based on the original purchase date and does not reset.

  4. We do not offer refunds, store credit, or a satisfaction guarantee for opened products. However, we do provide refunds for unopened items purchased on our website within 14 days of receipt.

  5. All claims must be supported by reasonable proof that the product is still within the warranty period and has a defect affecting functionality.
